Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales recruitment strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify innovative sourcing methods and attract top-tier sales talent.
- Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:
- To source qualified candidates, utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future sales positions.
- Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and compelling communication.
- Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate candidates’ sales skills, achievements, and potential to meet organizational standards.
- Use structured interviews and assessment tools to ensure objective and fair evaluations.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with sales leaders and hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations.
- Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure alignment throughout recruitment.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Ensure timely updates and feedback to candidates and stakeholders to maintain a positive experience.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire, to measure success and identify improvement areas.
- Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance the company’s employer brand.
- Create engaging content and campaigns that showcase the organization’s culture, values, and opportunities.
- Represent the company at virtual career fairs, industry events, and online forums to attract top sales talent.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of the recruitment process.
- Implement and uphold recruitment best practices to ensure consistency and fairness.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to improve the recruitment experience.
- Stay informed about emerging tools and technologies in recruitment to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review and refine recruitment processes regularly to align with organizational goals and market dynamics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in sales or a related industry, with a strong track record of hiring top talent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
