Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing and Networking:
   • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of hospitality professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, industry events, and professional networks.
   • Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates, building relationships to understand their career goals and aspirations.
2. Client Collaboration:
   • Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, organizational culture, and long-term objectives.
   • Provide consultative guidance to clients, offering insights into market trends and talent availability.
3. Candidate Evaluation:
   • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
   • Utilize behavioral and competency-based interview techniques to ensure candidates align with client expectations.
4. Placement and Follow-Up:
   • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from presenting qualified candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry.
