Job Description:

As a Remote Real Estate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing real estate professionals in roles that match their expertise and career goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

    • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Partner with real estate firms to understand their hiring requirements and organizational culture.
    • Provide tailored recruitment strategies to address specific client needs.
  • Pipeline Development:
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
    • Develop long-term relationships with candidates to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
  • Job Description and Posting:

  • Interview Coordination:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications in recruitment or real estate are an advantage.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate sector.
    • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in competitive markets.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
