Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Coordination:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and ensuring smooth communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Ensure all job postings are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively advertised on appropriate platforms.
- Candidate Screening and Communication:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that meet the required qualifications.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
- Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status and next steps.
- Database Management:
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with accurate and detailed information.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and conversion rates.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to align strategies and goals.
- Support clients by providing insights and updates on recruitment progress.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and external recruitment agencies, if applicable.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for optimization within the recruitment process and propose solutions.
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in creating and maintaining recruitment templates, guidelines, and resources.
- Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare necessary documentation and facilitate communication between new hires and their teams.
- Provide support for orientation sessions or virtual onboarding events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software tools.
