Key Responsibilities:

  • Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one virtual counseling sessions for active-duty military personnel, veterans, and their families' unique needs. Address issues such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other service-related challenges.
  • Family Support: Offer guidance and counseling to family members of military personnel, helping them navigate relationship dynamics, deployment stress, and reintegration challenges.
  • Career Transition Assistance: Support veterans in transitioning to civilian careers by providing career counseling, resume building, interview preparation, and networking strategies.
  • Group Therapy Sessions: Facilitate virtual group therapy sessions focused on shared experiences and challenges, fostering a sense of community and mutual support among participants.
  • Crisis Intervention: Respond to crises, providing immediate support and referrals to appropriate resources when necessary.
