📌 The Role

As a Remote Instructional Designer, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement instructional materials that resonate with learners. Your expertise in making complex topics engaging and easily digestible will be crucial in knowledge transfer.

🏗 Develop Engaging Learning Experiences

• Design instructional content that enhances knowledge retention and engagement.

🎨 Create Interactive e-learning Modules

• Implement gamification, simulations, and real-world scenarios to enhance learner engagement.
• Develop multimedia-rich courses with animations, videos, infographics, and quizzes.
• Utilize industry-standard e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora.

📚 Work Closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

• Translate expert knowledge into learner-friendly content.
• Conduct research and interviews to develop accurate and relevant training materials.
• Review and iterate content based on SME feedback.

🛠 Utilize Learning Tools & Management Systems (LMS)

• Develop SCORM and xAPI-compliant courses for easy integration into LMS platforms.
• Upload and manage learning content within various LMS systems.
• Ensure compatibility across different devices and platforms.

• Apply instructional design best practices to enhance learning effectiveness.

🏆 Required Qualifications

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, or a related field.

🛠 Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, or e-learning development.
• Proven experience in creating and implementing digital learning solutions.

💻 Technical Skills

• Expertise in e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, and Camtasia.
• Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
• The ability to work with HTML5, CSS, and multimedia design tools is a plus.
