Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide valuable insights. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth. Develop actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
• BI Solution Design and Development: Design and implement effective BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Develop data models, ETL processes, and BI components to meet client requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Data Integration: Work with various data sources and systems to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into BI platforms. Ensure seamless data integration from multiple sources, maintaining data quality and integrity.
• Dashboard and Report Development: Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Customize solutions to meet specific business requirements and provide real-time visibility into key metrics.
• Performance Optimization: Evaluate BI solution performance and implement tuning strategies to ensure optimal performance. Identify areas for improvement and work towards enhancing the efficiency of existing BI systems.
• Consultation and Client Support: Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing ongoing consultation and support for BI initiatives. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Documentation and Reporting: Comprehensively document data models, BI solutions, and project activities. Provide stakeholders with regular reports on project progress, milestones, and outcomes.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with data analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver BI solutions that align with business needs. Mentor junior team members and share knowledge with the broader team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Experience: At least five years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field are required. Experience in consulting environments and a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making processes are preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Data Analysis Skills: Advanced skills in data analysis and statistical techniques. Proficiency in using SQL to query, analyze, and extract insights from data.
• Visualization and Reporting: Experience developing interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports. Ability to create user-friendly BI solutions that provide valuable insights to end users.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements and present findings.
• Remote Work Skills: Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and the discipline to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
