Job Description:

As a Remote IT Change Analyst, you will manage and coordinate IT changes to minimize risk and ensure smooth implementation. You will work closely with IT teams, business units, and stakeholders to analyze change requests, assess potential impacts, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Change Request Management:
  • Review and process IT change requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Analyze the impact of proposed changes on systems, applications, and operations.
  • Collaborate with requestors to clarify objectives and requirements.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
  • Identify potential risks associated with IT changes and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the impact on system stability and performance.

• Stakeholder Communication:

Skills and Qualifications:
