Position Overview:

We seek an experienced and results-driven Remote Product Business Analyst to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in defining product requirements, gathering stakeholder input, and supporting product development from ideation to delivery. As a Product Business Analyst, you will work closely with product managers, development teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product development, user experience, and creating solutions that add value to customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business and product requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to identify product improvements and innovation opportunities.
• Create process maps, wireframes, and mockups to support product requirements and communicate features and workflows.
• Support product roadmap development by providing insights into customer needs, business opportunities, and market trends.
• Assist in the planning and prioritizing of the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements and generate ideas for product enhancements.
• I work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure product designs meet user requirements and provide an optimal user experience.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups, to ensure the development team understands product requirements.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate that product features meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
• Monitor product performance, user metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize product features.
• Provide ongoing stakeholder support by addressing questions, gathering feedback, and ensuring product features align with business objectives.
• To ensure product competitiveness, stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in product development or management.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and product requirements.
• Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello for product and project management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear and concise product requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with UX/UI design principles and familiarity with wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Balsamiq.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, or business intelligence platforms.
• Experience working in technology, finance, or healthcare industries is an advantage.
• Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Product Owner (CSPO) are a plus.
• Experience in process improvement and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
