Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, such as ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and developing communication and training plans.
