   • Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard, minimizing the need for repeat visits.
2. Customer Service:
   • Interact with customers to understand their service needs and explain the required repairs and associated costs.
   • Offer professional advice on maintenance practices to help customers keep their vehicles in optimal condition.
   • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to build strong customer relationships.
3. Workshop Management:
   • Maintaining a clean and organized workshop ensures a safe and efficient working environment.
   • Keep accurate records of all services, including parts used and labor hours.
   • Ordered and managed spare parts and tools inventory to ensure availability when needed.
