Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Online Corporate Communications Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement online communication strategies to support corporate objectives and enhance brand visibility.
    • Collaborate with senior management to understand corporate goals and align communication strategies accordingly.
    • Monitor industry trends and adjust communication strategies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  2. Content Creation and Management:
    • Create and manage engaging content for various online platforms, including social media, corporate blogs, and newsletters.
    • Ensure content is consistent with brand voice and messaging.
    • Oversee content calendar and coordinate content production with internal teams or external vendors.
  3. Online Presence and Brand Management:
    • Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including social media profiles, corporate website, and other digital channels.
    • Monitor and analyze online metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Respond to online inquiries and manage online reputation, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners.
    • Coordinate and manage online events, webinars, and virtual conferences to enhance engagement and promote corporate initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, with a strong focus on online platforms and digital media.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful online communication strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and online content management.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve communication strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing online reputation and crisis communication.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
