Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Online Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Course Development and Management:
- Design, develop, and manage online learning content and resources using various e-learning platforms and tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging instructional materials, including course modules, multimedia content, and assessments.
- Ensure that all learning materials are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with current educational standards and organizational goals.
- Program Implementation and Coordination:
- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of online training programs and workshops.
- Manage the enrollment process for online courses, including registration, tracking progress, and generating reports.
- Oversee the technical aspects of online learning platforms, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience for all participants.
- Quality Assurance and Improvement:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of online learning programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality and impact of training initiatives.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in online learning and development to continuously improve course offerings.
- User Support and Engagement:
- Provide support to learners and instructors by addressing technical issues, answering queries, and offering guidance on course navigation and use.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive online learning community by facilitating discussions, encouraging collaboration, and promoting engagement.
- Project Management:
- Develop and manage project plans for new online learning initiatives, including setting timelines, defining milestones, and allocating resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to course development, program evaluation, and project progress.
- Compliance and Administration:
- Ensure all online learning programs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of learner progress, course completion, and certification, as required.
- Prepare and present reports on program performance, learner outcomes, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) is preferred.
- Proven experience in online learning and development, instructional design, or a related field, with a strong understanding of e-learning tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage online training content and programs effectively.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning authoring tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
- This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from any location with reliable internet access.
