Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:
   • Develop and manage long-term strategic plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
   • Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify opportunities for growth, risk management, and process improvements.
   • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine long-term vision and strategic priorities.
2. Data Analysis and Forecasting:
   • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze market trends, financial data, and industry benchmarks.
   • Create detailed forecasts and projections to inform strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
   • Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives' effectiveness, making necessary adjustments based on performance data.
3. Project Management:
   • Oversee and coordinate long-term planning projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
   • Develop and manage project plans, including setting objectives, defining deliverables, and allocating resources.
   • Communicate project status, milestones, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

6. Reporting and Documentation:

   • Provide recommendations based on findings and ensure clear communication of strategies to all relevant parties.
7. Risk Management:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in long-term planning, strategic management, or related roles, preferably in a remote work environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Proficiency in strategic planning software and tools, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a remote setting.
