Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Online Recruitment Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our recruitment operations' smooth functioning and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online recruitment strategies, operations management, and team leadership, as well as a keen ability to drive efficiency and enhance our recruitment processes. This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Recruitment Operations:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive online recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals and objectives.
    • Analyze and optimize recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across various online platforms.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to online recruitment, providing senior management with regular reports and insights.
  2. Team Management and Leadership:
    • I lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment professionals, ensuring their alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, encouraging continuous learning and development among team members.
    • Oversee the training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to contribute effectively to the recruitment process.
  3. Vendor and Platform Management:
    • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with online recruitment platforms, job boards, and other relevant vendors.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal performance and value from external partners.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed recommendations for platform usage and recruitment innovations.
  4. Process Improvement and Innovation:
    • Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to improve candidate experience and streamline operations.
    • Implement new tools and technologies to enhance online recruitment capabilities and efficiency.
    • Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics and market research to improve strategy and process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in online recruitment operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of online recruitment platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
