Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive job analyses to evaluate job roles, responsibilities, and required skills.
    • Develop and maintain job descriptions, ensuring they accurately reflect the duties and qualifications for each position.
  3. Salary Structure Management:
    • Design and manage salary structures, including pay grades and ranges, to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
    • Regularly review and update salary structures based on market trends and organizational changes.
  4. Compensation Data Analysis:
    • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to assess compensation data and trends.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compensation metrics, trends, and recommendations for senior management.
  5. Benchmarking and Market Research:
    • Conduct benchmarking studies to compare compensation practices with industry standards and competitors.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  6. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure compensation programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including wage and hour laws.
    • Stay current with industry best practices and recommend compensation policies and procedures improvements.
  7. Compensation Program Management:
    • Oversee the administration of compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and bonuses.
    • Manage the annual salary review process and ensure timely and accurate execution.
  8. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with HR business partners, recruiters, and managers to address compensation-related inquiries and issues.
    • Provide guidance and support on compensation matters, including salary offers, promotions, and adjustments.
  9. Project Management:
    • Lead or participate in compensation-related projects and initiatives, such as program redesigns or system implementations.
    • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex compensation programs.
  • Technical Skills: The candidate must be proficient in compensation management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Excel. Experience with HRIS systems is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy and attention to detail in managing compensation data and processes.
