Position Overview:

We seek a dedicated and dynamic Digital Health Program Coordinator to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management and Coordination:
   • Lead and coordinate digital health programs from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
   • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital health solutions.
   • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders involved in digital health programs, including healthcare providers, technology vendors, and patients.
   • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
   • Organize and lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support program objectives and stakeholder engagement.
3. Program Evaluation and Improvement:
   • Develop and implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness and impact of digital health programs.
   • Analyze program data and metrics to identify trends, improvement areas, and innovation opportunities.
   • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on program outcomes, successes, and recommendations for future initiatives.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

5. Budget and Resource Management:
   • Oversee program budgets, including tracking expenditures, forecasting needs, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
   • Manage procurement and contracts for digital health tools and services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
   • Identify and secure additional resources or support as needed to enhance program effectiveness.
6. Collaboration and Team Support:
   • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
   • Provide guidance and support to team members, including onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
   • Work closely with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for digital health.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or management, focusing on digital health or healthcare technology.
• Strong understanding of digital health technologies, telemedicine, electronic health records, and data analytics.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to develop detailed plans, manage budgets, and track progress.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and communication, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality improvement.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
