Position Overview: The Remote Reporting Analyst will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, visualization tools, and reporting best practices. Key Responsibilities:

1. Report Development:
   • Designed and created detailed reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel tools.
   • Ensure reports are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business requirements.
   • Developing automated solutions for recurring reporting needs to improve efficiency.
2. Data Collection and Analysis:
   • Gather data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
   • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
   • Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and objectives.
   • Provide training and support to users on interpreting and utilizing reports effectively.
   • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to bridge gaps in understanding.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Perform thorough validation and testing of reports to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong expertise in Excel, SQL, and data extraction techniques.
• Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
