Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultations:
    • Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with clients to assess their career goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide personalized career advice and strategies based on clientsโ€™ professional backgrounds, skills, and aspirations.
    • Assist clients in identifying career paths that align with their values and long-term objectives.
  2. Resume and Cover Letter Development:
    • Help clients create compelling resumes and cover letters highlighting their skills, achievements, and experience.
    • Guide formatting, content, and tailoring documents to specific job applications and industry standards.
  3. Job Search Strategies:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Career Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Masterโ€™s degree preferred).
  • Professional certification in career coaching or counseling is highly desirable (e.g., Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), National Certified Counselor (NCC)).
  • Proven experience as a career coach, counselor, or similar role with a track record of successfully helping clients achieve their career goals.
  • Strong understanding of resume writing, job search strategies, and interview techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients remotely.
