About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent through various online channels and platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
    • Develop and implement innovative online sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Utilize job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other online resources to identify and engage potential candidates.
    • Create and manage compelling job postings to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and facilitate the interview process to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
  2. Candidate Experience:
    • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
    • Guide candidates through the application, interview, and offer stages, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner with hiring managers and departmental leaders to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
    • Offer expertise and guidance on best practices for online recruitment and candidate engagement.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient recruitment process.
  4. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, progress, and outcomes within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  5. Market Research and Trends:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in online recruitment.
    • Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and platforms to enhance recruitment efforts.
  6. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Adhere to best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field with a focus on online platforms and digital recruitment.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    • Strong knowledge of online recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
