Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Instructional Design and Development:
    • Design, develop, and implement virtual learning programs and training materials that align with organizational goals and meet the needs of diverse audiences.
    • Create interactive and engaging content using various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia elements (e.g., videos, graphics).
    • Develop assessments, quizzes, and other evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness and learner performance.
  2. Virtual Training Facilitation:
    • Deliver live virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.

  3. Learning Management System (LMS) Management:
    • Manage and maintain the organization’s LMS, ensuring that courses are appropriately uploaded, organized, and accessible to learners.
