Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Tailor approaches to attract high-quality candidates for a range of roles, from entry-level to executive positions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations, to identify and engage potential candidates. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Coordination with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and preferences. Provide regular updates on candidate progress and maintain open communication to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and status using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ensure timely follow-up with candidates, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Create and manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring they are engaging, accurate, and aligned with the company's brand and requirements. Monitor job board performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms as needed, and facilitate the onboarding process. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including preparation of offer letters and coordination with relevant departments.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
- Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment. Prepare and deliver regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote or virtual setting. Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, including hard-to-fill positions.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a range of digital tools and platforms for recruitment, including video conferencing, job boards, and social media.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work environment. Demonstrated self-discipline and a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
