About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Development Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this fully remote position, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of learning and development (L&D) programs that help enhance employees' skills, performance, and career progression across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that employees are equipped with the proper knowledge, tools, and competencies to achieve individual and organizational goals. You will oversee all aspects of talent development, including leadership development, coaching programs, onboarding processes, training initiatives, career pathing, and succession planning. Additionally, you will track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of these programs to ensure they align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning and Development Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with the company’s goals and values.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning, and development, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs across a geographically dispersed or remote workforce.
  • Experience with leadership development, career pathing, and succession planning in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various training delivery methods (in-person, virtual, e-learning).
  • Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and knowledge of best practices in the e-learning industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and functions.
