Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Online Training Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and overseeing our online training programs, ensuring they are effective, engaging, and aligned with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, excellent project management skills, and a passion for enhancing learning experiences through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Development and Management:
    • Design, develop, and implement online training programs that meet the learning objectives and needs of the organization.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content.
    • Develop and maintain a detailed training schedule and ensure timely delivery of training modules.
  2. Course Content Creation:
    • Create and update instructional materials, including multimedia presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments.
    • Ensure that all training content is up-to-date, accurate, and reflects the latest industry standards and best practices.
  3. Platform Management:
    • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth operation and accessibility for all users.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the online training platform.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the LMS and recommend improvements or enhancements.
  4. Participant Support:
    • Provide support to learners by addressing their inquiries, assisting with technical issues, and ensuring a positive learning experience.
    • Track and analyze learner progress and feedback to continuously improve training programs.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of training materials and delivery methods to ensure high-quality content.
    • Implement best practices for instructional design and online learning to enhance the overall effectiveness of training programs.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate and analyze reports on training participation, completion rates, and learner performance.
    • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, measure the impact of training, and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and departmental leaders, to align training programs with organizational needs.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure training programs meet their expectations.
  8. Project Management:
    • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Develop project plans, set milestones, and track progress to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in online training coordination, instructional design, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training tools.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality training programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Certification in instructional design or e-learning development.
  • Experience with various e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Work Environment:

This is a fully remote position, and the successful candidate will be expected to work from their home office. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate different time zones and meet project deadlines.
