Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data, including employee performance, turnover rates, and compensation trends.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for management.
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns in employee data, using advanced tools and techniques.
- HR Process Improvement:
- Evaluate and refine HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Recommend and implement HR policy and procedure changes based on data analysis and feedback.
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline workflows and improve overall departmental performance.
- Employee Engagement and Satisfaction:
- Monitor and assess employee engagement levels through surveys, interviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyze employee satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address concerns.
- Provide recommendations to enhance employee retention and create a positive organizational culture.
- Compensation and Benefits Analysis:
- Analyze compensation data to ensure competitive salary structures and equity within the organization.
- Assist in evaluating benefits programs and making recommendations for enhancements based on employee feedback and industry benchmarks.
- Prepare compensation reports and present findings to HR leadership for review and decision-making.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate HR records and reports for compliance purposes.
- Assist with audits and regulatory reporting as required.
- HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee development programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and organizational change initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR-related projects to successful completion.
- Provide analytical support for strategic HR planning and decision-making.
- Technology and Tools:
- Utilize HR software and tools to manage data, generate reports, and track HR metrics.
- Stay current with emerging HR technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Train and support HR staff in the effective use of HR analytics tools and platforms.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR analytical role, with a strong background in data analysis and reporting.
- Skills:
- Proficient in HRIS systems, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
