Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Analysis & Process Improvement:
   • Conduct in-depth analyses of current business operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
   • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and operational challenges.
   • Develop and implement customized solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
   • Utilize tools like Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies to optimize business processes.
   • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions to ensure their effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.
2. Project Management:
   • Lead and manage multiple operations-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
   • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and progress reports to track development and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
   • Anticipate and address potential risks, implementing strategies to mitigate issues before they impact project outcomes.
3. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
   • Facilitate regular meetings, presentations, and workshops to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Operational Strategy Development:
   • Assisted in developing long-term operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
   • To guide strategic decisions and provide recommendations based on market trends, competitor analysis, and internal data.
   • Support leadership in identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making:
   • Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights into operational performance.
   • Utilize reporting tools and software to create detailed reports on key performance metrics.
   • Present data in an easily digestible format to stakeholders, providing transparent recommendations based on findings.
6. Training & Development:
   • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on new processes, systems, or tools introduced to improve operations.
   • Provide ongoing support to teams in adopting and integrating new practices into their daily workflows.
   • Act as a mentor to junior staff members, providing guidance on best practices for process improvement and project management.
7. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
   • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations management, technology, and process optimization.
   • Identify and recommend new tools, technologies, or methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
   • Review and refine existing processes to ensure they remain relevant and effective in a rapidly changing business environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations consulting, project management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and process optimization tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or a similar qualification is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a remote consulting or virtual team environment.
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to track and report operational metrics.
