Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. This remote position is ideal for a self-driven professional with a passion for talent acquisition and a proven track record of successfully sourcing, recruiting, and placing top-tier candidates. As a Virtual Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding new employees, all while working remotely and leveraging technology to streamline the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and industries.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Sourcing and Recruiting:
    • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
    • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews, assessing qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  3. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and constructive feedback.
    • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  4. Recruitment Process Management:
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including video calls and in-person meetings, as needed.
    • Manage job postings, track applications, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Oversee the offer process, including salary negotiations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring outcomes.
  6. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance recruitment processes and techniques.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to support broader organizational initiatives and goals.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative projects and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a demonstrated ability to successfully recruit for a variety of positions.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruiting tools.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with remote work technologies and virtual collaboration tools.
