🎯 Key Responsibilities
🧠 Core Duties
- 🔹 Confidential Counseling
Provide short-term, solution-oriented therapy for individuals experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, work-life imbalance, grief, relationship conflicts, and substance misuse. Sessions are conducted via secure telehealth platforms. - 🔹 Crisis Intervention
Deliver immediate, compassionate support during acute emotional or psychological crises. Utilize de-escalation techniques and risk assessment tools to ensure client safety and continuity of care. - 🔹 Workplace Consultation
Collaborate with management and HR to address workplace stressors, interpersonal conflicts, and team-related concerns—guide fostering psychologically safe environments. - 🔹 Resource Navigation
Refer clients to long-term counseling, addiction recovery programs, financial or legal assistance, and other relevant support networks. Follow up to ensure successful transitions. - 🔹 Program Development Support
Assist in designing, evaluating, and delivering mental wellness workshops, webinars, and internal wellness campaigns tailored to employee needs. - 🔹 Documentation & Compliance

🎓 Education & Licensure
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Family Systems Therapy, or a relevant behavioral science discipline
- Active, unrestricted licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent) in your state of residence
💼 Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in EAP settings, corporate wellness, or outpatient mental health
- Experience delivering telehealth services using HIPAA-compliant technology
