Overview:
We seek an experienced and dynamic Online Change Implementation Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is crucial for successfully implementing changes across our online platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions to our digital services. Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans tailored to online platforms and digital environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the scope, objectives, and impact of changes.
- Ensure alignment of change initiatives with organizational goals and digital strategy.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the change process, including internal teams and external partners.
- Communicate change plans, timelines, and expectations clearly and effectively.
- Gather and address stakeholder feedback, ensuring that concerns and requirements are incorporated into the change strategy.
- Project Coordination:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of change implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other relevant parties to address all aspects of the change.
- Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of change management practices.
- Develop and maintain change management documentation, including process maps, procedures, and training materials.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Training and Support:
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure all relevant stakeholders are equipped to adapt to changes effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams during and after the implementation of changes.
- Develop user guides, FAQs, and other resources to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Risk Management:
- Assess potential risks associated with changes and develop risk management plans.
- Monitor the impact of changes on online platforms and promptly address any issues.
- Ensure change implementations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on change management activities, including progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of change management processes, decisions, and results.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, focusing on online or digital platforms. Proven track record of managing complex change initiatives successfully.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with a keen ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with change.
- Proficiency in change management software and tools.
