Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Talent Assessment Analyst to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment Design and Development:
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to understand talent needs and design effective digital assessments.
- Develop and refine digital assessment tools, including online tests, simulations, and interactive scenarios, to evaluate candidate skills, competencies, and fit for various roles.
- Ensure that assessments are aligned with industry best practices and organizational requirements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze assessment data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform talent acquisition and development strategies.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on assessment results.
- Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present complex data in an understandable and impactful manner.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of existing digital assessments and propose improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in assessment technologies and methodologies, integrating new tools and approaches as appropriate.
- Work closely with IT and software development teams to troubleshoot any technical issues related to digital assessment platforms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific talent needs and ensure that assessments are tailored to their requirements.
- Provide training and support to HR and recruitment teams on the effective use of digital assessment tools and interpretation of results.
- Engage with external vendors and consultants as needed to leverage additional expertise and resources.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure that all digital assessments comply with relevant legal and ethical standards, including data protection and privacy regulations.
- Promote best practices in assessment design and administration, adhering to established guidelines and industry standards.
- Document assessment procedures and maintain comprehensive records to support transparency and accountability.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage assessment projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align assessment initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
- Manage budgets and resources associated with digital assessment projects, optimizing cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in assessment or psychometrics is a plus.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in talent assessment, recruitment analytics, or a related field, with a strong background in digital assessment tools and technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, R, Python), assessment platforms (e.g., HireVue, Codility), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings clearly to various stakeholders.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
