Key Responsibilities
- Program Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of current educational programs through qualitative and quantitative analysis. Develop metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Interpret educational data using various analytical tools and methodologies. Prepare comprehensive reports that provide insights into program performance and recommend actionable strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with educators, program coordinators, and administrative staff to gather feedback and ensure programs align with educational goals. Facilitate discussions to gather input on program improvements.
- Curriculum Development Support: Collaborate with curriculum developers to ensure programs meet educational standards and are culturally relevant. Provide research-based recommendations for curriculum enhancements.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training sessions for educators and staff on program implementation and best practices. Serve as a resource for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Research and Development: Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in educational programs. Conduct literature reviews and benchmark studies to inform program development.
- Reporting and Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation for all analyses and findings. Prepare presentations to communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that educational programs comply with relevant regulations and standards. Assist in the preparation of audits and evaluations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Data Analysis, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational program analysis, curriculum development, or related fields. Experience in a remote working environment is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R) and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) are highly desirable. Familiarity with programming languages like Python or SQL is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and actionable format.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and present findings persuasively.
