Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leadership Development Consultant to join our team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate leaders on best practices in leadership, communication, and team dynamics.
    • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to leaders, helping them to develop their leadership styles and address specific challenges.
    • Utilize various coaching methodologies and tools to enhance the leadership skills of participants.
  3. Assessment and Evaluation:
    • Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of leadership programs, including participant feedback and performance metrics.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in leadership practices within the organization.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on program outcomes and recommendations for future development initiatives.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, senior management, and department leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of leadership theories, models, and assessment tools (e.g., 360-degree feedback, personality assessments).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with coaching methodologies and practices; certification in coaching (e.g., ICF) is a plus.
