Job Overview:
We seek an experienced and dynamic Online Recruitment Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in leading our recruitment efforts, leveraging online platforms to attract, source, and onboard top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, team leads, and HR personnel to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your goal will be to match the best candidates with the right roles, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
As the Online Recruitment Manager, you will develop innovative sourcing strategies, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and utilize various digital tools to optimize recruitment efforts. This position requires someone with a deep understanding of online recruiting, data analysis, and recruitment marketing, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies
- Lead the creation of innovative, effective recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
- Use various online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to attract a vast pool of qualified candidates.
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to make hiring more efficient and effective.
- Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle
- Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and desired qualifications.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with team leaders and follow up throughout the interview process.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Source and Attract Talent
- Proactively source candidates using a combination of online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
- Utilize social media recruiting strategies and other digital tools to enhance sourcing efforts.
- Candidate Relationship Management
- Create positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as the point of contact for candidates, maintaining transparent and frequent communication.
- Ensure a timely and professional response to all candidate inquiries and concerns.
- Data-Driven Recruitment Decisions
- Use recruitment metrics and analytics to make informed decisions and track performance.
- Report on recruitment performance, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other KPIs regularly.
- Provide actionable insights to improve recruitment processes based on data.
- Compliance and Best Practices
- Ensure all recruitment processes and practices comply with local and international employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online recruitment and talent management.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment practices and interviewing techniques.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focusing on online recruitment platforms and digital sourcing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a remote environment.
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of recruitment software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and online recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and the ability to use recruitment metrics to drive decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM or LinkedIn Recruiter Certification are a plus.
