Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
