🎯 Employee Experience & Engagement
- Design, implement, and refine initiatives that enhance employee well-being and job satisfaction.
- Gather feedback through surveys, stay interviews, and direct interactions to ensure a positive work environment.
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture where employees feel supported and valued.
🎯 Onboarding & Integration
- Develop engaging onboarding programs to welcome new hires and set them up for success.
- Act as a point of contact for new employees, ensuring they feel connected and informed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to enhance the employee assimilation process.
🎯 Learning & Development Support
- Work with leadership to identify training needs and implement professional development programs.
- Support mentorship and career development initiatives to empower employees in their growth.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and resources to foster continuous learning.
🎯 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Advocacy
- Champion initiatives that support an inclusive and equitable workplace.
- Partner with ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) to enhance cultural awareness and belonging.
- Analyze and implement best practices to create a diverse and welcoming work environment.
🎯 HR Process Improvement & Employee Relations
- Assist in refining HR policies and processes to enhance employee experience.
- Provide support to employees with concerns, ensuring empathetic and effective resolutions.
- Maintain HR documentation and contribute to strategic projects that improve company culture.
🏆 What You’ll Bring
✅ Experience in Employee Engagement or HR
- 2+ years of experience in talent experience, HR, employee relations, or a similar role.
✅ Passion for People
