🎯 Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Design, implement, and refine initiatives that enhance employee well-being and job satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback through surveys, stay interviews, and direct interactions to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace culture where employees feel supported and valued.

🎯 Onboarding & Integration

  • Develop engaging onboarding programs to welcome new hires and set them up for success.
  • Act as a point of contact for new employees, ensuring they feel connected and informed.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to enhance the employee assimilation process.

🎯 Learning & Development Support

  • Work with leadership to identify training needs and implement professional development programs.
  • Support mentorship and career development initiatives to empower employees in their growth.
  • Organize workshops, webinars, and resources to foster continuous learning.

🎯 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Advocacy

  • Champion initiatives that support an inclusive and equitable workplace.
  • Partner with ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) to enhance cultural awareness and belonging.
  • Analyze and implement best practices to create a diverse and welcoming work environment.

🎯 HR Process Improvement & Employee Relations

  • Assist in refining HR policies and processes to enhance employee experience.
  • Provide support to employees with concerns, ensuring empathetic and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain HR documentation and contribute to strategic projects that improve company culture.

🏆 What You’ll Bring

✅ Experience in Employee Engagement or HR

  • 2+ years of experience in talent experience, HR, employee relations, or a similar role.

✅ Passion for People
