Analyze and Report People Metrics

  • Monitor trends in employee engagement, turnover, compensation equity, and hiring pipelines.

Partner Across Teams

  • Collaborate with HR business partners, recruiters, and leadership to uncover trends

🎯 Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a people analytics, workforce analytics, or HR data role
  • Strong command of SQL and one scripting language (Python or R)
  • Demonstrated experience working with HRIS platforms and people data
  • Expertise in interpreting complex data and delivering clear, actionable insights
