What You’ll Be Doing

Building Scalable Blockchain Solutions

Decentralized Application Development

• Architect and develop decentralized applications (dApps) with real-world impact
• Design secure smart contracts using Solidity or other domain-specific languages
• Optimize gas efficiency, transaction flows, and blockchain integrations

Driving Protocol-Level Development

Protocol Optimization

• Implement protocol enhancements that support performance and security
• Participate in chain governance and the integration of new consensus algorithms
• Research and develop Layer 2 scaling solutions like Rollups and zk-SNARKs

Supporting Cross-Chain Interoperability

Blockchain Integration

• Build seamless bridges between public and private blockchains
• Contribute to solutions involving Cosmos, Polkadot, and sidechain architectures
• Integrate multiple blockchain frameworks with attention to latency and security

Tools and Technologies You’ll Use

Programming Languages and Frameworks

• Solidity, Rust, Go, or TypeScript, depending on project needs
• Web3.js, Ethers.js, and other decentralized libraries

Development and Infrastructure

• Version control with Git and CI workflows using GitHub Actions
• Blockchain testnets like Ropsten, Mumbai, and local Ganache setups
• Decentralized storage and cloud-native tools like IPFS, Pinata, and The Graph

Security and Quality Assurance

• Conduct contract audits and simulations using Hardhat, Foundry, and MythX
• Participate in continuous code reviews and smart contract testing
• Implement secure authentication and zero-knowledge verification models

Qualifications We Value

Must-Have Experience

• 3+ years of experience working with blockchain applications or smart contracts
• Deep understanding of distributed ledgers, cryptography, and consensus models
• Prior experience working with public or private blockchain ecosystems
• Comfort working remotely with diverse, cross-functional teams

Great-To-Have Skills
