  • Create and maintain machine learning models that anticipate attrition, forecast hiring needs, and optimize recruitment funnels.

📂 Data Infrastructure & Reporting

  • Build and automate SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform, and load HRIS data from platforms like Workday, BambooHR, and ADP.
  • Develop weekly and quarterly reports for People Operations and Executive teams—turning HR data into business intelligence.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition, DEI, Learning and Development, and Compensation teams to deliver tailored insights and KPIs.
  • Support compliance and audit requirements with precise, automated reporting workflows.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in remote analytics or as a data analyst within an HR, People Ops, or Human Capital environment.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R for data modeling and ETL processes.
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG, Greenhouse, or BambooHR.
