Key Responsibilities
Drive Full-Funnel Growth Initiatives
Acquisition Strategy
- Lead user acquisition campaigns across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
Lifecycle Marketing
- Utilize lifecycle marketing strategies to optimize onboarding, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Data teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
Conversion Optimization and Experimentation
Test Strategy
- Own and evolve the experimentation roadmap: from hypothesis generation to test design, deployment, and insights analysis.
A/B Testing
- Launch A/B and multivariate tests to enhance conversion rates across landing pages, ads, and in-app flows.
Behavioral Insights
- Analyze user behavior to discover new growth loops and untapped acquisition levers.
Performance Metrics & ROI
KPI Monitoring
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and churn.
Executive Reporting
- Develop dashboards and performance summaries to inform executive decision-making.
Campaign Optimization
- Leverage integrated digital systems and data tools to optimize campaign effectiveness continuously.

Required Qualifications
Marketing Expertise
