Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, or a related field, preferably with digital-first or remote-first companies
  • Thorough understanding of digital branding ecosystems, including content marketing, organic and paid social, web, and email communications
  • Demonstrated expertise in using customer data, behavior analytics, and A/B testing to drive brand refinement
  • Skilled in storytelling, copy development, and brand messaging across different formats and platforms
  • Hands-on experience with visual design and branding platforms like Figma, Canva Pro, and brand intelligence tools such as Brandwatch or Sprout Social
  • Excellent organizational abilities with proven success managing timelines and guiding multi-faceted branding initiatives
