Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete lifecycle of insurance products from idea to launch and beyond
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and interpret market trends to inform product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional experts, including legal, compliance, actuarial, and underwriting, to develop risk-appropriate and customer-aligned offerings.
- Develop and adjust the product roadmap using insights from customer behavior, evolving business strategies, and industry compliance shifts.
- Ensure products remain in line with both customer expectations and organizational goals.
Agile Management and Technical Execution
- Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions for distributed development teams
- Write precise user stories and acceptance criteria that align with stakeholder needs.
- Communicate product vision clearly to engineering, design, and QA teams
- Facilitate retrospective and review meetings to refine development cycles continually
Product Evaluation and Optimization
