What You'll Be Doing

Insurance Verification Duties

• Accurately verify patient insurance eligibility before service dates.
• Ensure insurance coverage information is entered into systems correctly and updated in real time.
• Contact providers and carriers to resolve inconsistencies in coverage or benefits.

Communication & Coordination

• Engage with healthcare providers and billing teams to ensure all data aligns.
• Clarify discrepancies with patients when necessary, always with empathy and professionalism.

Compliance & Documentation

• Follow HIPAA and internal data privacy policies during all interactions.
