Key Responsibilities

Testing Ownership

• Design, execute, and maintain detailed manual and automated test cases.
• Validate functional and non-functional requirements across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers during early design discussions to influence testability and quality.

Defect Management

• Identify, log, and track software defects using modern tracking tools.
• Perform root-cause analysis and advocate for timely resolutions.
• Reproduce issues and verify fixes in regression and production builds.

Process Improvement

• Continuously refine and expand test coverage and strategy.
• Introduce new QA methodologies to elevate team performance.
• Contribute to and help enforce quality standards, test metrics, and reporting systems.
