Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the entire release management lifecycle
• Work with QA engineers, developers, and project managers to define release scope
• Establish and communicate clear release schedules to all stakeholders
• Maintain detailed release documentation, including timelines, checklists, and risk assessments
• Monitor test environments, ensuring availability and stability during critical phases
• Conduct readiness reviews and post-release evaluations to identify improvement areas
• Track bugs and validate fixes to support clean, bug-free rollouts
• Ensure all releases follow company change control processes and documentation

Essential Skills and Expertise

• Strong experience in release coordination or software quality assurance roles
• Familiarity with agile development cycles and sprint planning
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple releases concurrently with minimal supervision
• Keen attention to detail in managing test cases, logs, and deployment artifacts
• Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
