Key Responsibilities

Test Coordination & Planning

• Develop and maintain comprehensive QA plans across multiple projects

Collaboration & Communication

• Liaise with developers, product leads, and UX designers to clarify requirements.
• Communicate QA insights and test outcomes to stakeholders with clarity
• Facilitate test plan reviews, sprint retrospectives, and defect triage meetings

Quality Governance & Metrics

• Monitor test coverage, defect trends, and release readiness using key metrics.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for quality processes

Tools and Technologies

Qualifications and Experience

• Familiarity with test automation best practices and basic scripting knowledge
