Key Responsibilities: Be the Driving Force Behind Every Loan

🔍 Oversee the Full Loan Processing Cycle

• Review residential mortgage loan applications for accuracy and completeness
• Order and track third-party documentation such as title reports, appraisals, and verifications
• Collaborate with underwriters to resolve documentation issues and move files forward
• Ensure all loan documentation complies with internal policies and federal regulations

📞 Partner with Borrowers and Stakeholders

• Act as the main point of contact for borrowers throughout the processing stage
• Provide status updates and guide borrowers through requirements in a clear, friendly tone
• Liaise with real estate agents, title companies, and lenders to coordinate closing details

🧾 Maintain Detailed, Organized Loan Files

• Enter and update all data in the Loan Origination System (LOS) precisely.
• Flag discrepancies proactively and initiate swift resolution
• Prepare files for final submission to the underwriting and closing teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
