🔑 Key Responsibilities

🗂 Support Loan Origination: Assist in preparing loan applications, pre-approvals, and collecting required documentation with ninja-level precision.
📞 Customer Communications: Be the friendly, informed voice our borrowers trust—from first call to final approval.
🗋 Document Management: Review, organize, and upload client documents in compliance with lending regulations. Bonus points if you enjoy file naming conventions.
🗓 Schedule Coordination: Help manage calendars, deadlines, and digital workflows so no signature gets left behind.
🔍 Compliance Checks: Assist in verifying borrower information for accuracy, keeping us squeaky clean and audit-ready.
🗾 Data Entry: Input financial and personal data with absolute accuracy (and just a pinch of perfectionism).
