  • Address post-closing documentation needs, assisting with funding approvals, and trailing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state mortgage guidelines and company policies.
  • Handle digital closings and e-signature platforms to complete closings remotely.
  • Support borrowers throughout the closing process, resolving last-minute concerns and ensuring transparency.
