What You’ll Do in This Role

As a Remote Mortgage Funder, you're the final checkpoint before funds are disbursed. You make accuracy look effortless and timelines feel manageable. Here’s what your days might include:

• Balance funding packages and wire instructions with precision.
• Coordinate with closers, escrow agents, and title companies to finalize transactions.
• Ensure all documents meet compliance and investor guidelines.
• Issue funding authorizations and release wires within strict deadlines.
• Resolve post-funding issues and discrepancies with agility.
• Maintain organized records within the LOS (Loan Origination System).
