Mortgage Analysis and Documentation

• Analyze refinance mortgage applications focusing on creditworthiness, income stability, and property valuation.
• Review and validate all documentation in compliance with investor, agency, and regulatory guidelines.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with loan processors, loan officers, and closers to ensure files meet submission requirements.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Skills and Experience

Refinance-Specific Knowledge

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage underwriting, specifically in refinance transactions
• Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA refinance guidelines
• Proven ability to interpret and apply investor overlays and AUS findings

Technical and Remote Work Experience

• Confidence in making independent decisions with accountability
• Experience working in remote environments using mortgage tech platforms
